Biography:
Dr. Amanda Cavalcanti studied Veterinary Medicine at Federal Fluminense University, graduated as MS in 2008, and received her PhD degree at Oswaldo Cruz Foundation in 2015. She then joined the Research Division of the National Institute of Orthopedics and Traumatology (Rio de Janeiro, Brazil). In 2018, she was supervised by Dr Dietmar Hutmacher at the Queensland University of Technology in the field of Regenerative Medicine. After two years of postdoctoral she came back to the position as a researcher at INTO.
