Biography:
Daisy Theakston is a fifth-year medical student at the University of Cambridge, who combines her academic ambitions with a longstanding passion for sport and a keen interest in sports medicine. Her enthusiasm for improving patient outcomes and effective rehabilitation has led her to explore sports injuries, particularly Anterior Cruciate Ligament (ACL) injuries and reconstruction surgery. Daisy’s curiosity, determination and commitment to excellence have inspired her to pursue research bridging her clinical interests with her passion for sport.
