Biography:
Dr Gaurav Jha is a trauma and orthopaedic registrar working in a tertiary care NHS hospital. His clinical interests include trauma, arthroplasty, hand and wrist surgery, and surgical innovation. He has published peer reviewed papers researching biomechanics, sustainability, artificial intelligence, and orthopaedic outcomes. He holds a postgraduate diploma in medical education and has a special interest in teaching. He has received awards for education and clinical leadership and contributes to surgical education, global surgery, quality improvement, and multidisciplinary projects. His work aims to improve patient care through practical, evidence-based approaches and collaborative innovation.
