Biography:
Dr Bernard studied medicine at the National University of Singapore, Singapore and graduated with MBBS degree in 2022. He went on to do his housemanship training in Paediatrics at the KK Women’s and Children’s Hospital, Singapore, and Internal Medicine and General Surgery in Sengkang General Hospital, Singapore. On completion of his housemanship training, he pursued exploring his interests including rotations in Cardiothoracic Surgery in National Heart Centre, Singapore and Palliative Care in Assisi Hospice, Singapore. Currently, he works in Department of Neonatology, National University Hospital, Singapore as he hopes to learn about care of the newborn, to broaden his knowledge of paediatric conditions in his pursuit of becoming an Orthopaedic Paediatric surgeon. He obtained his MRCS (Part A) in 2024, and has thus far presented 3 conference papers, and published 2 research articles.
