Biography:
Mian Huang is currently a Ph.D candidate in Department of Orthopaedics and Traumatology, Faculty of Medicine, The University of Hong Kong, Hong Kong SAR. He achieved his Master’s degree from School of Informatics, The University of Edinburgh, UK, majored in Data Science and Artificial Intelligence. He did well in machine learning, deep learning, computer vision, natural language processing and medical AI. He was a researcher in The Chinese University of Hong Kong (Shenzhen), an algorithm engineer in Deepwise Ltd. and then acted as algorithm team leader in Bone’s Technology Ltd. from 2019 to 2023. His current research interests are large language model in orthopaedics, AI-empowered phantom-less QCT technology and medical image analysis.
