Mohammed Yasir Khayyat

Biography:

Mohammed is a medical student and researcher with a strong focus on orthopedics, sports medicine, and rheumatology. His ongoing research portfolio includes studies on musculoskeletal complaints in Taekwondo athletes, kneeling biomechanics post-total knee arthroplasty, and bibliometric analyses of elbow arthroplasty. He has contributed to published work on systematic reviews and real-world registry-based studies in rheumatoid arthritis. He is also actively involved in research on pediatric digital eye strain and the therapeutic potential of Ursodeoxycholic Acid in gastrointestinal disorders. An elite athlete and 3rd-degree black belt in Taekwondo, Mohammed is a member of the Saudi National Team, a multiple-time Saudi universities champion, and a medalist in the Saudi Games. He serves on the Athletes’ Commission Committee with the Ministry of Sport and the Saudi Taekwondo Federation. His clinical engagement includes advanced workshops in musculoskeletal injection techniques, robotic surgery, and surgical boot camps. Mohammed has also contributed as an event organizer and speaker at numerous national medical conferences and symposiums.
